The New York Times reports that at least two websites have been set up to show photos which purportedly show damage such as broken glass and TVs as a result of the Wii-Remote flying out of the users hands as they get over excited. The remotes do come with a wrist strap, however the websites claim they can come loose.
So kids, careful when using your new Wii OK?

I haven't bought a wii yet but I couldn't imaging myself ever doing it, on the other hand if one of my friends smashed my TV I'd be pretty pissed off! (with them not the wii-mote).
